Well it starts way before that but you can easily understand by starting there. It's a pretty emotional story, especially since its written by a guy who is well known for his humor and wit.
These jerseys (as well as a men's version) will be available on his website soon. He also sells some pretty cool tshirts and accessories for the ladies. Fatty uses this fund for Susan's medical expenses, covering travel costs for family taking care of Susan, and for buying Susan anything she wants.

It certainly is sad about Susan. I can't imagine what the family is going through right now. Unfortunately other families go through the same thing.
